On 8 November 1995 the Cobra Museum of Modern Art opened its doors, referring to the founding date of the CoBrA movement on 8 November 1948. The museum will turn 25 this year and of course we want to celebrate that with our visitors!

The Cobra Museum is turning 25!
The museum can be visited free of charge on Sunday 8 November. The Children’s Studio is open for the entire day, so you can also get creative together with our volunteers. If you prefer a guided tour by one of our curators, you can join one of several tours through the exhibitions Ben Cobra and Under the Skin – Claude Cahun. On this day we will also present the three nominated video entrance of our Museum of the Future competition in the Studio.
It is mandatory to book free entrance tickets to the museum, as well as free tickets to join the guided tours. These online tickets will soon be made available on our website. For participation in the Children’s Studio it is not necessary to book a ticket. Because of the current corona measures there is limited capacity, so book your tickets soon to ensure yourself a spot!
