Swedish photographer Anette Brolenius wil give a lecture on her work UNSUNG

Swedish photographer Annette Brolenius will give a presentation on her UNSUNG series.

The presentation will be held in between the work of Brolenius which is currently on show at the Cobra Museum on Sunday 30 June, the last day of the exhibitions of Kati Horna, Atá Kando, Eva Besnyö and Anette Brolenius.

 

The Museum displays 20 portraits of women’s rights activists by Brolenius from the still growing series of more than 130 portraits of human rights activists.  Brolenius brings portrayed Zainab Malik as a guest (photo). She has been fighting against sexual violence in Pakistan for years.

The lecture will be in English and is free with a museum visit. There is no need to make a reservation. There is the possibility to have a drink with the artist after the lecture
