Op de begane grond is een omvangrijke tentoonstelling ingericht met topwerken uit de CoBrA collectie van: Karel Appel, Constant, Corneille, Eugène Brands, Lucebert, Theo Wolvecamp, Anton Rooskens, Asger Jorn, Henry Heerup. Deze kunstenaars maakten onder anderen deel uit van de internationale avant-garde kunstbeweging, die na de Tweede Wereldoorlog de aanzet gaf tot vernieuwing van de moderne kunst in Nederland.

On the ground floor is an extensive exhibition with major works from the CoBrA Collection by Karel Appel, Constant, Corneille, Eugène Brands, Lucebert, Theo Wolvecamp, Anton Rooskens, Asger Jorn and Henry Heerup. Among others, these artists were involved in the international avant-garde art movement that acted as a springboard for the renewal of modern art in the Netherlands.
